Antonia Timmerman is an Indonesian award-winning reporter, writer, and editor of Dutch, Chinese, and Manadonese descent. She is currently serving as an editor with the Chinese-Indonesian media collective Suara Peranakan, as a co-chair at Jakarta Poetry Slam, and occasionally hosts talks with the Jakarta Feminist Discussion Group. She has written for international publications such as South China Morning Post, VICE, The Diplomat, and Nikkei Asia, and has won multiple awards for her journalism, including two Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) Awards and a Best in Business Award from the U.S. Society of Advancing Business Editing and Writing (SABEW). For her, poetry is a way to cope with her personal struggles and constant exposure to news and current affairs.

Antonia Timmerman adalah seorang jurnalis, penulis, dan editor asal Indonesia dengan keturunan Belanda, Tionghoa, dan Manado. Saat ini, ia menjabat sebagai editor di kolektif media Tionghoa-Indonesia, Suara Peranakan, serta salah satu ketua di Jakarta Poetry Slam. Adakalanya ia juga membawakan acara bersama Kelompok Diskusi Jakarta Feminist.
