Who Can Apply

Media accreditation is open to journalists and media professionals who can guarantee coverage of the Festival. Applicants provide their credentials, profile, and company or organisation details, along with a coverage plan.

What You Get

A Media Pass with unlimited entry to all main programmes over the four days, including author conversations, panel discussions, film screenings, and live performances. Also included are invitations to the Press Conferences in Denpasar and Ubud, the Media Reception on 20 October, and the Gala Opening on Wednesday, 21 October, plus opportunities to interview speakers and Festival representatives, and access to the Media Centre.

Steps to Apply

Register by Saturday, 15 September. Responses will be sent within five days of the closing date. Once approved, you can pick up your Media Pass at the Ticket Box Office from Monday, 19 October, or during the Festival from 22 to 25 October at the Media Centre.

The pass covers main programmes, press conferences, and press materials, but does not include ticketed events such as Special Events, Masterclasses, and Cultural Workshops.
