When purchasing tickets for our Festival, please take a look at our ticket terms and conditions below.
The ‘Organiser’ is Yayasan Mudra Swari Saraswati ("UWRF," "we," "us"), an independent, not-for-profit foundation located at Jalan Raya Sanggingan, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia 80571.
By purchasing a Festival pass or a ticket for a Special Event, Masterclass, or Cultural Workshop, visiting the festival venue, and/or attending any UWRF-related event, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein
A valid Festival Pass or a ticket for a Special Event, Masterclass, or Cultural Workshop grants access to the event on the specified date and time, as indicated on the pass or ticket.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation.
Please ensure you have a photo ID with you when exchanging your Festival pass. Residents must present a valid residence card or visa to collect their Day Pass or Ticket.
All transactions will be conducted in the currency you chose, either Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Australian Dollar (AUD), or US Dollar (USD). Fees from the payment gateways might apply when purchasing a Festival Pass.
No animals are allowed at the festival venue.
The Festival program is subject to change without notice. For the most up-to-date schedule information, please refer to the 'Schedule Changes' page on our website.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any Festival Pass or ticket for a Special Event, Masterclass, or Cultural Workshop holder and may conduct security searches as needed for visitor safety. Entry without a valid Festival Pass or ticket is not permitted.
Festival Passes or tickets for Special Events, Masterclasses, or Cultural Workshops may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred. Any attempt to alter, deface, or resell a Festival Pass or ticket will render it void.
It is the responsibility of the Festival Pass or ticket holder for a Special Event, Masterclass, or Cultural Workshop to check their Pass or ticket, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. The Organisers are not liable for any lost or stolen passes or tickets.
By entering the venue and/or attending any 2024 Festival-related event, Festival Pass or ticket for a Special Event, Masterclass, or Cultural Workshop holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. They grant permission to the Organiser, its affiliates, and authorized parties to use such media without compensation or credit, including in worldwide media communication and exploitation.
Festival Passes or tickets for Special Events, Masterclasses, or Cultural Workshops are sold subject to the Organiser's right to alter or vary the program due to circumstances beyond their control. The Organiser will notify Pass or ticket holders of any rescheduled event.
These terms and conditions are governed by Indonesian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
The Organiser shall not be liable, including for any refund, in the event of cancellation, postponement, or alteration to the Festival or Festival Venue due to Force Majeure circumstances beyond their control.
Please note that Tickets are non-refundable in such cases, but they can be used for entry to another Festival.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions when deemed reasonable and necessary.
