Are you planning to publish a book this year? The Book Launch Programme offers a platform to present new work through a dedicated spotlight event, open to festival-goers and the public, during the Festival from 21–25 October 2026.

Submissions are open across all genres—fiction, non-fiction, poetry, prose, novels, satire, and more—from both emerging and established writers in English or Indonesian.

Launch Essentials
We will ensure all technical and hospitality essentials are in place for your launch.
- A basic PA system and technical set-up (*)
- A volunteer MC for introductions or moderation, upon request
- Non-alcoholic welcome drinks and canapés for up to 50 guests
- A volunteer venue liaison to assist with guest management
- Book sales facilitated through the Festival Bookshop (*)
