As Condé Nast Traveller's first Sustainability Editor, she created the Evening Standard's sustainable travel channel and hosts their award-winning podcast. A talking head for Sky News and the BBC, Founding Editor of Mr & Mrs Smith, and Founder of the non-profit communications consultancy Bouteco, she has written and edited scores of guidebooks, most recently The Green Edit: Travel and The Bucket List: Eco Experiences. In her 30-year career, she has reviewed, edited, and critiqued thousands of hotels for newspapers, magazines, and websites globally.
