Choose Your
Festival Experience

Discover the Festival in a way that suits how you want to engage, from immersive access to a more personal connection with the Festival and its writers.
Friends Circle

AUD 500 | USD 350 | IDR 5,950,000

Step inside the inner life of the Festival. Not everything at the Festival happens on stage. Some of the most memorable moments unfold in between: a conversation over coffee, an unexpected exchange, a quiet connection that stays with you long after the Festival ends.

The Friends Circle is your invitation into that space. Move through the Festival with ease. Step out of the crowds and into the Festival Lounge, a calm place to pause, gather, and reset between sessions. As afternoon softens, the Festival gathers at Indus Writers Bar. With a drink in hand, conversations drift easily. Writers may pass through. Nothing is staged, and nothing is expected. This is where the Festival breathes.

As a Friend of the Festival, you receive:

  • Unlimited access to the Festival Lounge
  • Light lunch, plus artisan coffee and tea throughout the day
  • Reserved seating at main-stage venues
  • Twilight access to Indus Writers Bar with one complimentary drink daily
  • A limited-edition Friends Circle Festival gift

Patron Circle

AUD 1,500 | USD 1,050 | IDR 18,000,000

The Patron Circle is for those who choose to stand behind the Festival and the ideas it brings to life. Your support helps invite leading writers to Bali while opening access to Indonesian students and young readers. Your presence is felt not only in the rooms you enter, but in what you make possible.

This is not simply access. It is participation.

A Seat at the Inner Table: Move beyond the public programme into curated moments where conversations are more personal, introductions more intentional, and time with writers more considered.

Evenings at Indus Writers Bar: As the Festival moves into evening, Patrons gather at Indus Writers Bar. With hosted cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, the atmosphere shifts. Conversations deepen. Writers and Festival guests join in naturally, creating a more intimate and unhurried experience.

An Intimate Dinner with Writers: Patrons are invited to one of a series of intimate dinners with selected writers and Festival guests. Held in a private setting with a small group, these gatherings offer the opportunity to share conversation and ideas in a way that is personal and unhurried. Capacity is limited, and priority access is given to Patron Circle members.

As a Patron of the Festival, you receive:

  • Acknowledgement in the Programme Book and Festival website
  • Unlimited access to the Festival Lounge
  • Reserved seating at main-stage venues
  • Invitation to the Opening Night Gala and Dinner
  • Exclusive Cocktail Party with Festival headliners
  • Evening access to Indus Writers Bar with hosted drinks and curated gatherings
  • Invitation to an intimate Patron dinner with writers (limited capacity)
  • A copy of the 2026 Festival Anthology
  • A specially curated Patron Festival gift
